QA Team Lead будет управлять группой из 2-х и более QA Specialist-ов, занятых в разных проектах внутри компании. Также есть потребность в QA Project Manager-ах, которые смогут возглавить проект в области обеспечения качества. QA Specialist: Requirements: Potential candidate must possess: • 1 years of experience in QA • Practical knowledge of QA processes and technologies • Skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers • Understanding of Development and QA processes. Ability to build QA from the very beginning. QA Team Lead: Requirements: Potential candidate must possess: • 2 years of experience in QA, at least 6 months as a QA manager, or QA group leader. • Practical knowledge of QA processes and technologies, especially in automated regression testing • Skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers • Good Spoken English • Good management, communication skills. • Experience as a QA Lead tester. • Understanding of Development and QA processes. Ability to build QA from the very beginning.
